Makeup Booking Terms & Conditions

Hello beautiful, we love that you’ve booked with us and that you are trusting us to beatify you on your special occasion. As we want to make sure we provide the best service and in a timely manner, bellow are some house keeping reminders we will love you to familiarise your self with;

CLOTHING/DRESSING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please wear appropriate clothing for weather and your comfort. Loose clothing is advised especially if you are changing clothing after.

HOUSE KEEPING RULES

Please NO children allowed at the studio. Arrive with NO other persons.

Toilet facility available for your convenience.

SERVICE BOOKING INFORMATION

  • 50% non refundable deposit is the minimum required to secure your booking.

  • Your booking can be rescheduled within 24 hours of booking date. This can be done through booking confirmation email.

  • If you you have made payment in full and unable to attend within 24hours of notification, your artist can offer a 50% credit upto 6 months. Not communicating with your artist or attend your appointment will forfeit your full payment.

  • Please be sure to arrive on time as starting on time is a priority. However upto 10 minutes for lateness with legitimate reasons is considered as long as you communicate with us. Any additional time thereafter upto 15minutes of lateness will be charged at flat rate of $50. Definite cancelation enforced after 15 minutes of lateness.

  • Please book a service that suits your occassion as processes, application, products use, photography and videography quality as well as longivity varies. Send your inspo look to your artist before you arrive. If not your artist will create a look for you.

  • If your booking is canceled by your makeup artist, you will recieve a full refund. Your makeup artists will also try to help you seek other makeup artist.

    CHANGE AT OUR FACILITY

  • You are welcome to change into your party clothing at a fee in our studio (see booking addons). In most cases as part of the service, your makeup artist is able to help as required. Please be mindful this does not include SHOWER FACILITY.

  • As makeup artists we are human just like you and so we expect you to treat us with respect and dignity. We will not tolerate any demeaning or disrespectful use of words. If the above is violated, the artist has the right to discontinue. No refunds will be given to you.

USE OF PHONES/ELECTRONIC DEVICE

  • Mobile phones STRICTLY not in use whilst seated unless prior arrangement has been made or in an event of an emergency. This is to eliminate distractions. There is a charging port available for you to use.

TRAVELING TO PROVIDE SERVICE

  • We are able to travel locally, nationally and internationally. Travel locally is charged at $1.80 per kilometre EACH way. On public holidays, surcharge of 25% will apply ontop of your booking cost.

WHEN YOUR ARTIST TRAVELs TO YOU

You are required to provide safe environment for your artist to set up on arrival. A location where there’s light, power points is ideal.

  • Any unnecessary extended use of makeup artist time while doing your makeup will be charged at $50p/hr, So please be mindful of the look you wish for us to create for you and stick to it while we create without chopping and changing constantly as this extends artist time.

  • Standard Callout fee of $200 apply to all away booking for less than 3 people. Nil call out charges for more than 3 people. For out of state and international bookings, this is calculated differently. Please inquire.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

  • To Showcase our work, we will love to show you off by taking some images or videos before and after makeup is done. These maybe displayed on our social media links or website. As a token you will receive some images and videos if any. Please may you indicate upon your booking if you do not want photos or videos taken.
