SHIPPING, REFUNDS & PAYMENTS

RATES

At XM Cosmetics, we offer free shipping on orders over $40 within Australia. This excludes some large items and Hazardous goods. Use code Freeyay.

Standard delivery is within 1-3 days for most cities in Australia at minimum of $10.50. For accuracy please complete purchase of your item to checkout. Delivery outside of metro areas may be slightly longer and a-lot more costly

If your order contains hazardous goods, the delivery time and shipping cost will increase as these items have to go via a courier service. Please not the freight is usually based on your postcode. Some cities may have a longer waiting time and cost. These cost can not be determined at the time of checkout, therefore the standard freight will be charged. Any additional Cost will be emailed to you.

TIMES

Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 days of receipt. We post every Monday and Friday. We have introduced pick up location. Items can be collected from our pick up location within 2 days. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day following. Depending on where you are located, delivery days and times will vary. Covid has had impact on delivering times as well please be mindful.

 

DELIVERY TEAM

We use variety of delivery carriers based on the job at hand. Our popular one to use is Sendle and Australia Post. Most parcels can be sent using this service however some international orders may require the use of other courier companies such as Fedex, DHL. You will be advised of this when we do decide to pursue this option. Our aim is to ensure that your order gets to you on time and in safe hands and so we try our best to select the best for you. 

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS

For security reasons we cannot deliver to P.O.Box addresses. Australia post and international delivery couriers will not accept any hazadous or flammable items/products. If the delivery address is incorrect, an additional delivery charge may  be inccured.

 

REFUNDS

At XM Cosmetics we offer 7 day credit note on all of our products if the product is not what you expected, damaged or is defective, we will love for you to contact us. Please reach us at xceptionalmakeupart@gmail or simply send us a message on fb or instagram with your order details. If the product is not defective and you simply want to return due to change of mind, we request that the product be in its original state, un-opend within 7 day period. We will be happy to issue refund or exchange. Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer. There will be NO Cash refunds. Damaged products will be warranted full replacement no questions asked. 

CANCELING ORDER

To cancel your order, simply send us an email detailing the transaction to xceptionalmakeupart@gmail.com. If the order has not been shipped, the order will be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for an unwanted return will be followed. Please see refund policy above.

 

PAYMENTS

It is very important that you enter the correct contact numbers, names, and addresses. Information provided for payment transactions must all correspond. The address that your bank has on file for you needs to be the same as the address you provide us to prevent confusions. We currently accept major credit cards including visa, master card and more both via our online store. We have introduced Apple Pay and After pay for your convenience. Please note after pay will navigate to a different view window.
